This luxurious 4-star stone villa with pool for 8-10 persons is located in the very center of the island of Vir on a spacious 600 m² estate. Villas 240 m² residential area stretches over two floors and is divided into living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a separate toilet on the ground floor, five air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and LCD TVs with satellite channels and private bathrooms with showers on the first floor of the house. Two of the bedrooms have galleries with LCD TVs with satellite channels, and in one of the galleries there is an extra bed for one person. At the guest’s disposal there is a game room with table tennis, darts, Nintendo Wii and PlayStation. In the courtyard there is a spacious terrace (30m²) and balcony (30m²) with a view of the heated 32m² swimming pool (8m long, 4m wide, 1,5m deep) equipped with loungers, parasols, table and chairs. On the estate there is also a wellness & spa pavilion with jacuzzi, sauna, fireplace, and satellite television. Wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, baby’s cot, baby’s highchair and parking on the property are just some of the features available. Pets are welcome. Shops, restaurants and the center of the island of Vir can be reached within a few minutes’ walk. The nearest beach, beach Jadro is distanced 450 m. This popular pebble beach with numerous recreational and entertainment programs for children and adults is a promenade along the coast, ideal for relaxing evening walks.
